At South Shore Cues, most products are sold in person and inspected by the buyer prior to purchase. Many items are pre-owned, consignment, collectible, or one-of-a-kind products.
Because buyers have the opportunity to inspect items before purchase and consignors are paid promptly after sale, all sales are generally considered final.
Returns
Returns are not typically accepted unless:
- An item was significantly misrepresented
- An undisclosed defect is discovered
- An issue is reviewed and approved by South Shore Cues management

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Used & Consignment Items
Many products sold by South Shore Cues are used or consignment items and may show normal cosmetic wear consistent with age and use. Product condition details are provided to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale.
