Cue Fleet Service™ is a route-based, monthly subscription that manages,
maintains, rotates, and replaces house pool cues for venues with pool tables.
Designed for operators and venue owners who want predictable, professional
cue maintenance without reactive repairs or surprise issues.

Cue Fleet Service™ is designed for operators and venue owners who are
responsible for maintaining pool tables and house cues.
- Pool table operators managing one or more locations

- Athletic and entertainment centers with public or league tables
- Pool rooms managing multiple tables and cue racks

Service Overview
Cue Fleet Service™ is a monthly, route-based subscription that proactively
manages cue quality instead of reacting to failures.
The service supports public and recreational tables, league tables, and
Diamond or other premium tables. Service scope is defined per table, allowing
venues to apply the service to some or all of their tables.

How the Service Works
- Initial inspection of tables and existing cues
- Usable cues enter the Cue Fleet rotation
- On a monthly schedule:
- Cues are swapped with clean, straight, playable cues
- Damaged cues are removed from rotation
- Removed cues are repaired in-shop or retired
- Cues returning to racks are wiped down
- Service continues under a flat monthly subscription
No per-repair billing. No emergency calls.
What’s Included
- Monthly cue rotation and swapping
- Tip replacement as needed
- Ferrule replacement as needed
- Removal of warped or broken cues
- Cue wipe-down before returning to rack
- Standardized cue quality appropriate to table type
- Predictable monthly pricing
Pricing
Pricing is per table serviced:
- 1 table: $75 per month
- 2 tables: $65 per table per month ($130 total)
- 3 or more tables: $50 per table per month
Pricing applies regardless of table type (public, league, Diamond).
*Pricing is based on standard house cue components, including standard house cue tips (typically Triangle or Le Pro–style tips) and standard ferrules.
Upgraded tip or ferrule options are available upon request and may affect pricing.
